Our ADSL Residential packages are ideal for the majority of high quality demanding internet users. We offer 24x7 support to all business customers based from our UK Network Operations Center in London Docklands. Our engineers are highly experienced in ADSL / SDSL technologies and strive to offer the best support possible.

All products provisioned on ADSL Max Extreme (upto 8mbit downstream / 448kbit upstream) unless specified at time of order.

Additional usage can be purchased through the MyXifos portal in blocks of 10 Gb for £5 including VAT. This additional usage rolls over to the next month and does not expire.

In order to migrate your existing ADSL to our service you will need to obtain a MAC code from your existing ISP along with the speed and contention of your service. Please note we can only migrate lines on a 'like for like' basis, you may regrade to an alternative package after your migration has completed.

Details

All our packages include the following :

	-	No long term commitment
		You have flexibility to move providers whenever you wish to do so, after completing your first 30 days service with us.
	-	24x7 Technical Support
		Technical Support available via telephone to our Network Operations Center based in London Docklands, 24 hours a day.
	-	Usage
		The usage that is included in your package is listed in the table above, this is both downstream and upstream traffic. If you exceed your package you will be charged at £5 + vat for 10Gb of additional usage. This additional usage does not expire and rolls over to following months.
	-	200mb Webspace
		You will get 200mb of webspace for personal use, provided on one of our Sun Microsystems appliances.
	-	15 Email Accounts
		You will get 15 email accounts covered by our extensive Virus & Spam filtering software. Email is accessible through POP3, IMAP and WebMail.
	-	Use of our SMTP Server
		You will be allowed to use our SMTP server for sending emails originated from your ADSL connection..
	-	Full Newsgroups
		We offer full unlimited newsgroup access. This incluides all binary feeds. We have a retention of about 30 days on binary feeds and 6 months on text feeds.
	-	Static / Routed IP Address's
		You may request a Static IP or routed block of IP addresses at the time of ordering. There is an additional charge of £1 per month for a block of 8 IP's and £2 per month for a block of 16 IP's.
	-	Backup Dial-up Account
		Access to our 0845 dialup account for use when you are away from home or having connection difficulties. Your same IP address can be routed to your dialup account on request.
		No Traffic Shaping
		We do not enforce any means of traffic shaping on our network, we have structured our pricing so that we never have to go down this road like many other ISPs.
	-	No Ports Blocked
		We do not block any ports on our services.
