VOIP is the future of the telephone, for a while you have been able to talk to people over the internet though Instant Messaging applications. Our service is usable using a soft-phone (client you install on your computer and talk via a microphone / headset), analogue adaptor (to connect to your existing wired / wireless phones) or via a SIP Phone (physical phone you connect to your broadband router). For the best call quality we recommend either an analogue adaptor or a SIP Phone.

Our product is aimed at both the residential and business markets. We use the highest quality equipment throughout our VOIP infrastructure to ensure you get the best quality call possible. We buy minutes in bulk of many telecommunication providers which enables us to pass on these saving to you. When you make a call to a normal PSTN or Mobile number it terminates on our Cisco Call banks and the call is placed over the normal PSTN network, this is done to ensure the call quality doesn't deteriorate. All calls will not touch the public internet if used in conjunction with our connectivity solutions.

The underlying advantage of VOIP is calls between IP phones is free. Simply a SIP compatible device at both ends and calling is 100% free, this can be nationally or internationally,as long as there is an internet connection.
